Wonderful villa with amazing pool area where you can chill and relax. The villa is spatious and clean. The hospitality was top-notch, Denis is a great guy always offering to help and he made the stay even more pleasant. Totally recommanded.

I only stayed for 1 night but the host was always in touch via booking app, replied to all my questions, arranged taxi for me the next day, presented the place in a nice way, the place very clean comfortable, recommend if you go first time to Praslin and need somebody you can trust.

"We had an incredible stay at this island apartment, thanks to the perfect combination of a stunning location, a beautifully appointed space, and an exceptional host! The fully equipped kitchen was a dream to cook in, with every tool and appliance we needed to whip up delicious meals. Best chalet in Praslin, direct access to the beach of Grand Anse, good for swimming, sunbathing and sunset. Apartman was really convenient, comfy bed, big kitchen equipped very well, even with some breakfast. Big terrace facing to the see. Barbecue facility. Host/owner is a very nice and kind person, very helpful, just like a friend. Thanks for everything, you all made our stay just perfect! Cat is a plus, loved her! Same kindness as Jacques! Lovely! 10/10

Absolutely brilliant stay. Everything was excellent. The hostess is amazing and very welcoming. She even welcomed us with a lovely surprise which we enjoyed after a long day of exploring praslin. The accommodation is recently refurbished and is all top notch. We really enjoyed the balcony and wished we could have stayed longer. Excellent value for money. This is an excellent place to stay location wise and amenities wise if you are staying in Praslin!

Perfect location, equidistant from the most beautiful beaches and less than a kilometer away from small markets, which you can reach by car in just 3 minutes. Stunning house, featuring two double beds, a private bathroom for each bedroom, and impeccable cleanliness. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking (the only thing missing is a colander 😊, which is essential for an Italian, but you can easily buy one at the market). The outdoor space is spacious, with a lovely view of the pool. Great swimming pool, with a dedicated shallow area for children and a deeper section of about 150 cm. Kind and discreet owners, always available to suggest places to visit and help you book Lemuria or organized excursions. A special thanks to the house caretaker, who was not only extremely kind and helpful but also prepared an amazing grilled fish and rice meal for us. Don't hesitate—book with Leo! Even though there aren’t many reviews (I had some doubts too), this is a perfect place for a vacation in Praslin. Thank you!
