Absolutely lovely and quite place, super friendly host. Well-equipped kitchen. The host really cares about the guest. I forgot my charger and they founded the way to send it to main island. This place stayed close to the nice restaurant.

From the moment I arrived, this property and its incredible host exceeded all expectations. The owner & host Dennis is friendly, attentive to every detail, and goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. As the first guest, I was treated with coconut water upon arrival, celebratory BBQ and free late checkout. I am still by the pool writing this review waiting for my 7pm flight 🤗 It is indeed an extraordinary gesture that’s truly rare in all my years of traveling. Hats off to this outstanding host! Leo Self-Catering is a sister property to Happy Stay Villa, sharing the same exceptional concept and thoughtful ownership but located in a different serene setting. The consistency in quality and service is impressive! The property is spacious, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. The swimming pool was a personal highlight having it all to myself as the only guest made it feel like a private retreat. Surrounded by lush greenery, the poolside ambiance was peaceful and rejuvenating. Dennis also makes it incredibly convenient to explore the area and beyond. He can arrange taxis, car hires, fishing trips, and excursions to Curieuse & St. Pierre to an affordable rate. He even has his own boat, adding a personalized touch to the adventures he organizes. The warmth and attention to detail by Dennis made short stay even more special. Well done, Leo Self-Catering! With this level of dedication, you’re destined for great success. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this gem, along with Happy Stay Villa, to my family and friends.

Lovely! Right at the bus stop, but completely quiet, in a beautiful garden with exotic trees and birds, not even five minutes away from the beach, from the best take aways and from the mini markets, on the wonderful Anse Volbert beach in Praslin, with an excellent price-quality ratio, this family run guest house was my best stay in the Seychelles. I will not mention the impeccable cleanliness, nor that of the very well-arranged standard studio in which I stayed for 8 days and there was everything you need. But I will mention the lovely family that runs the guest house and especially Derna and Virginity, these very nice people who made my stay very special. I would like to come back to the Seychelles just to stay in this place again. Thank you very much (Derna, thank you for the fruit) and I have you in my heart!

Location was perfect, the beach is amazing. The apartment was very nice and the facilities in the apartment were excellent. For us, a car was essential to be able to go out for dinner in the evenings and see other parts of the island throughout the day.

We had high expectations based on previous reviews and photos, and our stay exceeded them! Sunrises and sunsets were incredible from the common deck space. We loved the location, it was out of the way from touristy areas and very peaceful and quiet, with easy access to Anse Lazio and Anse Georgette. The host and staff were all lovely and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped.

It is best place on Seychelles. We travelled along many islands but never met the better beach and location. The staff is very friendly, the garden around is marvellous. 50 meters near the beach.

The location is superb, directly on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The Audrey family are the kindest hosts I've ever met, always attentive to details and the comfort of their guests. The accommodation is dreamy and offers all the amenities. An extraordinary experience that I wholeheartedly recommend and guarantee is worth every penny. THIS IS PARADISE
