Smestaj je sigurno jedan od najboljih smestaja koji sam do sada rezervisala na teritoriji Srbije. Kuca je velika prostrana sa dve spavace sobe, jedan toalet, jedno kupatilo, velika dnevna sa trpezarijom i kuhinjom, terasa ispred kuce, sa dvoristem ispred i sa strane kuce ,odvojenim delom za rostilj i velikim letnjikovcem koji poseduje terasu na obali reke..ukoliko dolazite sa decom dvoriste vam jos vise znaci dok spremate rostilj ili pijete kafu. Kuca je odlicno opremljena, sve je potpuno novo, sve neophodne stvari koje se ticu posudja, higijene, posteljine ima na pretek.. Parking ispred dvorista..Vlasnici su divni ljudi koji vas docekaju nazdrave sa vama i vidi se da su od srca poceli celu pricu.Zelim im puno uspeha i vidimo se ponovo 🍀

Our recent stay at the Vila Panic was truly remarkable. Surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, including enchanting waterfalls and invigorating hiking trails, this comfortable retreat met all our expectations. The house's location by the river provided a serene and tranquil setting. From moss-covered waterfalls to scenic hiking trails near the flowing river, the park's natural wonders were easily accessible (car + hike) and awe-inspiring. The house was comfortable and well-equipped, with a cozy interior and modern amenities. The proximity to the river added an extra touch of tranquility, offering a soothing ambiance throughout the stay. The hosts' exceptional hospitality and local knowledge enhanced the experience, making us feel warmly welcomed and ensuring a memorable visit. Very clean, everything you need for comfortable stay. Exceptional hosts: very hospitable, friendly and attentive to their guests. Drinks and sweets were waiting for us in the apartment - it was unexpected and very pleasant. Highly recommended

Everything was great! The host man wanted to do his best for us. Very nice person. We come late in the evening it was not a problem for him. Everything was clean and comfortable in the room. We enjoyed our stay there and want to stay there next time again.

Communication with the host was excellent. He communicates and replies very quickly. Host was nice, pleasant, accommodating and helpful. If you need something, just tell him. Host was very nice and had no problem with our later arrival (as we have been stayed a long at borders) - I messaged him, that we will come later as we agreed because of the borders and he was very accommodating and replied my messages immidiatelly. He is living next to this studio so he had no problem to wait for us and to show and to explain us everything right after our arrival. I really recommend this host. He is very accomodating. This accomodation is stylish, modern and clean. There is also climatization and it works very well. I highly recommend both - accommodation as well as the host.

It’s an apartment on the second floor (separate from apartment below), two rooms, comfortable mattresses, functional kitchen, etc. Besides, the host (who lives on the first floor) is a total stud. Zero drama when we asked for certain things like an extra ventilator, bulb change and delivered as promised. He’s very kind and chill.

Spotless clean, good size, plenty of space, well equipped bedrooms and kitchen, comfortable beds, flexible checkout, parking on site, great location near centre and restaurants and market, variety of TV channels. Great owner and excellent communication. You will get more than paid for. If you visit Pirot you should stay here.
