We really enjoyed the food there; every dish we ordered was delicious (none like other restaurants we tried in Cebu), and the ocean view added to the experience. We liked it so much that we ended up having both lunch and dinner on the same day. The fresh tuna tataki is a must-try! Additionally, the interior design is quite aesthetic, and the room was very clean. The owner and the staffs are very friendly and helpful - always smiling. The driver the owner arranged on our way back to Cebu city was also very nice and the ride was very comfortable.

The Resort is set in a perfect, peaceful location above the sea shore looking across to Dumaguete. The facilities are excellent throughout and there is a lovely infinity pool. The rooms are very spacious each with private balconies. The staff couldn’t be more helpful.

This is an excellent hotel and dive centre. Mark and Kay are lovely people, very friendly and helpful and they clearly go out of their way to ensure their guests have the best experience. The rooms are great with comfortable beds, the view is amazing. The facilities and diving/ snorkeling gear they provide is great and they have what feels like a private reef full or Marine life. I cannot reccommend this place enough.

I chose the Star for its location out of town. This made all the difference as it is in a nice quiet spot perched over the sea and the views are lovely. I think the main feature overall was the caring kindness and hospitality of hosts Mani and Claire (and their assistance staff) and I am very thankful for their help and generosity to us. Room was spacious, bed extremely comfortable. The service was exceptional, all staff were incredibly warm, attentive and helpful, and they really went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Restaurant food also very good. Location very convenient and 5 minutes to the airport.

AJs Place is a fantastic stay. Very helpful, friendly staff that help with everything. Organised our shuttle to and from Cebu airport. We came primarily to swim with whale sharks and AJs place is the best place to do that from. Literally 3 min walk to the whale shark swimming. We did 2 sessions with the whale sharks in a single day. The rooms are super clean and all the amenities are great. We want to come back to Oslob and stay at AJs place to swim with whale sharks again.
