The host was very friendly and helpful. You can order food and it will be brought to your appartement. I was also picked up from the harbour in Tagbilaran at arrival and drove back when I left. I also see the owner giving useful tips to travelers who want to visit the tourist attractions or rent motorbikes.

This apartment was very good. The owner helped us out with food, bike rental and onward travel. The facilities were clean and comfortable. Yes the location isn’t the best but the owner really helped with navigation - he really cares about his guests! For the price this was amazing!! Thank you so much again😁

I had an amazing stay at this resort! The service was top-notch—the staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was spacious enough for 4 people, offering all the comfort we needed. Everything exceeded my expectations! The breakfast was à la carte, and the food was absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed the in-house restaurant's pizza so much that we ate it twice! The prices were very reasonable, making the experience even better. One of the standout moments was how accommodating the staff were. We had an early ferry to catch, and when I asked for a takeaway breakfast the night before, they prepared it for us early in the morning. Their attention to detail and customer service truly impressed me.

From the moment we arrived the team at Epic Suites treated us amazingly. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was so friendly and helpful. We loved the rescue dogs and cats that are so lovingly cared for. Whilst everyone was amazing a special thanks to Adryan for his fantastic cocktails and the laughs on our fishing adventure. To Lai for her help booking us into the most amazing day tours and Dawn in the restaurant for her lovely service. Everyone really went above and beyond our expectations and we can’t talk highly enough about how wonderful our stay was. The accommodation was so luxe and we loved the outlook from our pool. We can’t wait to come back next Nov with the family.

He had a lovely time staying here and couldn’t find any fault of the place. Staff was very accommodating and lovely. The place is good location but I would recommend renting a bike to be able to get to the main area. The road to the accommodation is an off road so it does get muddy so bare that in mind. The only thing to mention is that when I booked I thought there was a kettle in the room and one of the mentioned facilities was a kitchen. Although you could get hot water to the water refill I’m not sure what access you had to the kitchen so that was unclear to me.
