We liked everything! It is, by far, the nicest hotel we've been to in Peru over the last 3 months. The hotel is spotless, comfortable, beautifully designed, the staff is wonderful, the shower is fantastic, breakfast is great. There's secure parking, it's close to the main square and everything was wonderful, I cannot recommend it enough!

A really lovely apartment in Chivay. Walking distance to the bus terminal and also to the central square. It's such a lovely little town and staying in this apartment was great - we bought ingredients from the market and cooked it up. A wonderful stay. Also echo what others are saying re: hardness of the beds but they are not unsleepable!

Every corner, from the lobby to the rooms, was spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The hotel's garden is a true oasis. Beautifully landscaped and meticulously kept, it offered a tranquil space to relax and unwind. The care put into maintaining this area is commendable. Additionally, the ability of all staff members to communicate in English was a significant advantage. It made interactions smooth and ensured that my needs were understood and addressed efficiently.     Great location overlooking main lil square. Free tea in lobby. Nice lady on reception. Clean room, clean sheets etc. Had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Lots of blankets as it was very cold when we stayed.

    A good inexpensive hotel in a good location. The square is an easy walk with lots of dinner options. The room was warm given the -5 degree overnight. The facilities work well but are ageing but is still good value for money. The breakfast was basic but filling. Car parking in a secure lockup next door was great.
