The owner is the very polite and friendly man. We wanted to rent a car and Saud (owner) arranged it for as easily, moreover give us a very good price and fast new car (18 000 km) we received a car the same day we arrived in a couple of hours. Due to our requirements Saud bought the new hair dryer immediately. The situation of the apartment fit us perfectly. We were near to the gulf and the same time not in the center of city. Several shopping centers 5-8 km away. Our stay in Muscat was interesting and stunning. I would strongly recommended to use this appartments as the location.

Very nice hotel with neat and clean rooms and hospitable reception staff. The hotel is very close to the transportation hub of Ruwi, from where there are plenty of buses to all parts of Muscat, including the airport. To the south of the hotel is a large commercial area with lots of stores and supermarkets.

The location was optimal, near the beach and Qurum park, safe, within villas area, not far to restaurants and shops. Owner is very helpful and helped us with all we needed. Area is very safe as all Oman. Rooms are spacious, with AC. All services provided were excellent and and above our expectations - THANK YOU! Hope to return in the coming years.
