**At this place we stepped into an Arabian fairytale!** The host gave us the warmest **traditional Arabic welcome** with **dates and coffee**. He was incredibly kind—driving us around the city in his own car, showing us the sights, and sharing Omani hospitality at its finest. But the surprises didn’t stop there! He invited us into his home, introduced us to his family, and his wife adorned our hands with delicate **paint tattoos (henna)**. Throughout our stay, he took such good care of us—helping plan our trips, sharing stories of local life, and making us feel like honored guests. The hotel itself was a dream: immaculate, cozy, and luxurious, with a sunlit courtyard blooming with fragrant flowers. Thanks to them, I didn’t just leave with memories—I left with **friends in Oman**. A thousand thanks for making our journey so magical! We’ll be back!

Beautiful terrace with a amazing view, where you can sit all day. Tea and coffee available. Great rooms in local style. Great host who welcomed us and showed us the way to the viewpoint and advised other places. Excellent buffet for dinner and great breakfast. Wide choice and very tasty. We had a wonderful stay at Ahmed’s guest house. Ahmed is an exceptional host — welcoming, generous, and passionate about sharing the beauty of his village and his country. Despite it being the low season, he greeted us warmly and made us feel truly at home.
