Exceptionally friendly and helpful owner, staff and locals: at midnight my car stuck in the sand and we received all the help from local people. They also called the owner and he came with his friend to solve the problem. The breakfast was excellent!

Hotel seems very new, the room was huge, with a nice design and clean. Bathroom was also nice. the access is very easy from the main road, at the begging of Ras Al Hadd village. The person at the reception also suggested us a very good restaurant, one of the best of our stay in Oman.

It was a wholesome experience, you couldn't ask for more. It' has a huge space for families with comfortable and relaxing place. Excellent escape from city life,serene and rejuvenating.     The location was easy to find by Google Maps. The room was spacious and very clean given the relatively rural location. Salem and Sarnos were welcoming and worked hard to maintain the Guest House's cleanliness. Also they were flexible with last minute requests for meals when I realised it was going to be easier than heading out in search for restaurants. The tour on sea was great - we were able to spot quite a few dolphins leaping out of the water not far from the boat!

    Very pleasantly surprised. The property is only a year old so all appliances are brand new and it was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Great location for the Turtle Reserve. Would definitely stay here again.

    I visited this guesthouse for the second time! Great location if you have rented a car. The room has everything you need, clean, cozy and comfortable. The great advantage of the guesthouse is the opportunity to get meals and exciting excursions at affordable prices from the owner Salem. Excellent staff. Salem does everything to make guests feel free and pleasant.
