The hotel is awesome, clean and with a beautiful garden and pool. The safari tour was perfect. Everybody working at the hotel was taking super good care of us, everything was simple and well organized. They really want us to be happy, comfortable and feeling relaxed. They are also very helpful in any kind of situation. I really recommand!

This is the perfect spot near Chitwan. The bungalows all have amazing views of the river and porches to sit and watch for rhinos, crocodiles or deer. There's also a good view from the dining/courtyard area. Town is a 15 minute walk away. The owners are super nice and helped us book activities and bus tickets. The rooms are a good size for 2 people and there's two cute dogs running around the property.

We were sick during our stay in the hotel and the hosting family (particularly Prakash) took care for us. They offered us all assistance and were really caring and accommodating. Prakash always replied quickly via booking.com and organized everything for us. Also the fact that nearly daily a Rhino was passing by the hotel was a huge plus.

The hotel overall is in a good location closer to restaurants,pubs and shops and the hotel is also constructing their own restaurant which make the hotel ideal and my heartbrother Ashish amazing host he will offer the best and the lowest prices for Safari and other excursions even bus tickets.     The price of the budget room is attractively cheap. They have a big garden in front of the clean rooms. It feels nice to be walking around the green garden in the morning and evening. The rooms are spotless, floors were of tiles. The owner was good and the boy who served us was very polite, sweet and helpful. He prepped breakfast whenever we wanted and was available to serve our needs whenever we needed. It was a beautiful experience. They also do jungle safari if you want.

    Amazing location with view over the river! Very friendly staff, that is always ready to help. Good breakfast, but the other dishes in the restaurant were not that good and a bit overpriced compared to other restaurants in town. I read a lot of reviews that the rooms were not clean and old, so I had very low expectations. But our room was very clean and comfortable! Maybe it was because we booked a deluxe room. The bed maybe had its best time, but was still OK!

    Great budget hotel. Staff were great. Food good. Nice hot water anytime. Only ten minute walk to river frontage, we're all the restaurants were. Close to tourist bus park.... around 15 minute walk
