We travelled together with an elderly couple. The elderly lady was cold in the room, so we asked the lady at the reception for help. She promptly brought in a space heater and a spare blanket before arranging a different central heating setup. Thank you.

An amazing building. Location was ideal for easy walking into the main town square. Facilities immaculate. We found the hotel tricky to find by car, but once there it was perfect and the private parking was well worth the money. The staff were exceptional. Professional, friendly and so helpful. Breakfast plentiful and varied using only the highest quality ingredients.

What a delighful place to stay. The location is perfect, close to everthing and easy to get to from the station. The hotel was spotless and my delight was I had the room as shown on the website, in my experience not always the case. I commend the owners on their ethics. Great helpful staff it was a delight to stay here on every level. I will do back

This hotel was a nice surprise. Despite the less than ideal location (a bit outside of the city centre), the hotel was really good. Really spacious facilities. Best hotel gym I’ve ever been to.

Exceptional location. The town is absolutely gorgeous. Everything corresponds to site description. Very clean. Bed linen and towels were white cristal. Thank you to cleaning stuff, to Naji. We had tasteful coffee for our early morning. The TV connected to Netflix. We spent a wonderful time in this home entirely at our disposal.
