We are from Aruba and visited Cityden for the second time. The staff (Virginie) was very kind and friendly and the room exceeded our expectations. We liked that the hotel is very close to the tram stopp and there are shops on walking distance from the hotel. Also the neighbourhood feels very safe. We enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable big rooms. Every little detail was thought of. Breakfast was lovely. It takes about 50 minutes to get into Amsterdam but being outside of the city meant it is quiet so we slept great. It was nice to return to a peaceful area after the business of Amsterdam

Free parking in Amsterdam is a huge bonus – really rare and super helpful. The bed was surprisingly big and very comfortable. We booked a room without a window but got one with a window instead, which was a nice surprise. Only 10 minutes’ walk to the train station. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. Staff were friendly and even provided a hair dryer and ironing set when we asked.

Hospitality. Tuba was great and kind person. I checked in almost mid night . And had plan to leave early morning before 6 AM. I was coming from milan with connecting flight from Copenhagen. Tuba understood my situation and she made good sandwich for me and ask me to have morning since I couldn't make at 7 AM. She was so nice and polite. There were spa in room which I couldn't use but had shower twice and it was so good. Thanks to you again Tuba .If you reading this.🙏🏼

    the location was great - whilst the hotel isn't in central Amsterdam, it was in a lovely suburban area, which was close to the university (ideal as we were going to a conference there) - and only a short bus ride away to/from the airport/central town etc.. The hotel staff offered lots of useful services (bike hire, recommendations etc.).

    Location is good. Tram station is 3 mins walk from the hotel and there is also a medium size mall within 15 mins walk. The apartment we booked was very clean! The bed is comfy too (had a few nights’ of good sleep)!

    Staffs were very friendly and kind. Location is also very close to the tram station which will take you to the city center in around 30mins. Room was very clean with complete basic amenities.
