The apartment location, veiwing , cleaningness, and the facilities are amazing. The kids' play area is nice. The furniture, it looks like a new one. The drinking water is directly from a modern dispenser with a water filtering system. The money value is recognised.

Its is very new, clean and has a modern simple style in rooms and Bathrooms. We just loved, the room was comfortable with good air condition and lights. We had shared bathroom and they were also very clean, good water pressure and temperature. there was tea, coffee and water available 24/7. And the staff is the Best, helpful in every way and making you feel at home. the locations is also top. We walked everywhere. We are coming back in one week and will recommend this place to anyone going to Georgetown.

What a lovely place to stay in Penang. I absolutely loved the architecture - it has a charming cultural vibe, right in the middle of George Town where you can walk to everything. So many nice restaurants around too (but if you're indecisive like me, just message them on WhatsApp, they reply instantly, even to my very random questions... thank you for your patience!). The staff are genuinely the sweetest. Ashan greeted us on the first day with such warmth, and everyone we met was kind, generous, and just really good people. One even showed my dad how to play a local board game - such a sweet moment ❤️✌️ I feel bad I didn’t ask for all your names. I really should have. But to the whole team, thank you so much for making our stay so easy and memorable. You made Penang feel extra special 💕

We had a great stay at Iconic Regency Service Residences. The apartment was modern, spacious and very clean, with a stunning rooftop infinity pool offering amazing views. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh choices, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout. Special thanks to Joe Ann for her great support with our reservation.
