I loved everyone on staff! They were super nice, and helpful, and really cared about the experiences of everyone staying at Pepos! The location is amazing-right on the water and the paddleboards/kayaks/sailboats are so nice to take out on the water! The huts were adorable and super cozy and make for a really romantic trip <3

The place was designed to feel good from the very first moment when entering through the main door. Everything integrates perfectly into the ambiance of the subtropical Mayan forest and impresses with it beautiful design. Materials and services are all very high standard and the traditional local cuisine is delicious. With the all-time precence of Tatiana and Ricardo, the hosts of Kokoro Mio, the entire place was filled with harmony and love. Experiencing a Temaskal on 31 Dec. was magic and the massage which we enjoyed 2 times was wonderful. We can not wait to go back one day!

Although we thought our place would have a terrace such as in the photo we did not have access to a terrace But in spite of it we had a wonderful stay and Adriana was an amazing host with lots of information and she was very attentive to our every need. We rented her paddle boards one early morning and that was amazing!

Amazing peaceful place, private in the middle of the jungle. Beautiful nature. Great design and cosy house. Delicious food. We really enjoyed our stay, we were lucky there were only few guests. Really relaxing time we had.

Wow! What a place. We loved everything about it. It’s a little piece of heaven. The staff were all amazing. The daily activities were all fantastic. We only stayed for 3 nights but managed to do 2 yoga session, an afternoon of SUP’ing, a water colouring class, a mezcal tasting and a massage. The highly was definitely the sunrise SUP’ing. It’s a must. Make sure you book a room with a lake view as it’s definitely worth the money!

We had an amazing two night stay! The beach in front of the property is gorgeous. There are hammocks in the water, swings, kayaks, paddle boards, and chairs in front of the water. The rooms are amazing and so comfortable with Netflix, air con, mini fridge, shower with hot water, etc. One of the best parts is being able to use the scooters to go all over town which is included. The property is out of the town but by having the scooters, it makes it easy to go into town. The property is super clean and the workers are very nice. Breakfast is brought to your room each morning and includes a sandwich, fruit, and pastry. It's basic but good. You get one coffee pod to make in your room per day which is good. If you want you can purchase more. Each day they also restock your mini fridge with two beers, two waters and two sodas. They also clean your room daily and the property is kept very clean. This was definitely a splurge for us but if you use all of the amenities it can be worth it.

breakfast was good on both the days. there's always scrambled eggs, cheese slices, sliced luncheon meat (deli), oj, coffee, fruit bowl, bread, jam, butter, amazing corn bread, muesli, yogurt and a toaster to toast ur bread. the views are special here and the waters are perfect throughout the day and early night too. not deep at all so safe for everyone. Best hostel so far! The stuff is lovely ( cannelita too!), the hostel is super clean and new and the vibe it’s amazing! If you wanna feel like home that’s definitely the place.. Geovanni, Gus and Hann make you really feel like being part of the fam🤍
