The design & interior is gorgeous and the hotel mates are more than caring and friendly. The Breaky is amazing & the hotel restaurant just stunning. We loved staying at Casa Cuenca & would come back anytime. Highly recommend to anybody exploring CDMX.

Perfect location, room was beautiful, clean and comfortable, the facilities were great (especially enjoyed the outdoor patio) and we loved having regular access to drinking water refill, coffee, tea, fruit. I stayed in Elements for two nights and it was a superb experience. Everything from the communication and email responses, staff members, breakfast and room was of an excellent standard. I was given a very large and spacious room that was perfectly clean and extremely comfortable for a very reasonable price. All the staff were extremely friendly and professional and spoke English (as I sadly don't speak Spanish). In particular, a staff member names Juan went out of his way to help me ensure a smooth departure from the hotel and helped with communicating wth my Uber driver etc.
