What a fantastic accommodation. The owners are super friendly and extremely helpful at all times! They gave us great recommendations on how to access the lake. Modern, bright rooms with a wonderful view of the garden. Bikes are free to use. The breakfast is delicious. Would come back here!

The place is lovely. The rooms on the top floor have a terrace from where you can see the lagoon. The kitchen has everything you need and free water was provided. The hosts are super nice and welcoming. We loved hanging out with their animals as well (one dog and a cat). We can really recommend this house.

Very comfortable and clean. Great to be able to fill up our water bottles. Breakfast was lovely. Location is good, about 20 min walk from ADO or ~30pesos for taxi, and just a few mins walk to the lagoon and places to eat.

This place is a GEM! Location is good, still walking distance to the town. The hotel is clean and comfortable, so is the room. There is a nice yard and some turtles who live there as well. The AC is effective, the wifi works well. The breakfast is really good for the price. But the best thing is the staff and the host, Rachel! They are so friendly, helpful and attentive. There is always fresh water available for the guests and ice cubes in the fridge. Rachel gives an explanation of Bacalar and the map as you arrive, and arranges any tour for you if you just ask. She is always there also to call you a taxi or help you with anything you might need. She is amazing! We had a lovely stay, would 100% recommend this place. Thank you Rachel and res of the staff for a lovely stay!

I really loved our balcony with our hammock and perfect views on the lake, I also liked the atmosphere, it's very cosy and I felt very comfortable being there. Horacio is a perfect host, always friendly and helping you with everyhing you needed. And Boris the dog is lovely. I also really liked the possibility to take one of the kayaks of the Hotelito to explore the lake. So easy and without any costs.

Great space to stay in Bacalar. After a dreadful night stay in a different hotel we booked Oasis as an emergency for the rest of our stay. And it was a world different! Super super friendly and helpful staff, a great apartment with loads of space, good Aircon and well stocked kitchen. Loved our stay here
