A beautiful, clean, and spacious apartment with a modern, stylish design. The large terrace offers an amazing view, perfect for relaxing. Beach is right accros the street, perfect location. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home throughout our stay. We had such a great time that we ended up extending our visit. I highly recommend this place—you’ll be thoroughly satisfied!

We liked literally everything there! Starting from the house, location to incredible service. The house is well located, about 3mins drive to Le Morne beach. It is equipped with everything you need, has a very modern kitchen, big bedrooms, nice dining area outside and amazing sitting area by the pool to spend the evenings outside. It has a beautiful garden, well sized swimming pool with multiple sunbeds and refreshing jacuzzi. The garden and swimming pool are regularly cleaned and maintained (gardener coming over every 2/3 days). The house and area outside were great. But the service and hospitality from the hosts were even better! Ancy and Lize made our stay in Le Morne unforgettable. They always go above and beyond to make the guests feel special. Ancy is fantastic, very attentive to details, kind and responsive, always willing to help and organize things for her guests. The dinners prepared by Ancy/Lize were the best we had in Mauritius! Fantastic local food, prepared and served with love (+ some local spices :D ). I would have rated our stay in La Villa Marie Joana 12 out of 10 if I could. Thank you Ancy and Lize for making our stay so special! We shall get back to you one day :)

A wonderful place and warm and charming people at a level I did not know. They took care of everything for me at any hour even for special requests beyond the usual. Everything is very clean and tidy and well-equipped, a large and comfortable bed, there are sitting areas and a pleasant and large balcony facing the beach. The location is excellent, right on the beach and accessible to public transportation. A supermarket is a few minutes away by bus. Soorekha and Navin are lovely people, they treated me just like a family member, professionals and know how to recommend trails according to the nature of my trip, guide and help me get there, organize guided tours for me when I needed them and helped me personally with things I needed more than usual and continued to be there for me even after that I left and when I needed help at every hour.

It was amazing place to stay ever! Sounds of a jungle,sunset,cozy chalet with all facilities inside! Pool with mountain view❤️ I recommend visiting the dinner-local kitchen is perfect!!! Chamarel warerfalls approx 5 min by car, good road and nice view point on the way. Thanks Andrew for his hospitality,we really had a rest! Hope to come back to your place some day again 😄

    Incredible location and view, close to public beach, 5 minute drive to a grocery store and child free. Self check in made it very easy to come and go at whatever time you required. Staff were great to work with online and very responsive on booking.com. The place was very clean, spacious and considered. The kitchen was well equipped except for missing cooking utensils. You'll need to buy your own salt and pepper and seasoning as the S&P had coagulated from humidity and there was no oil. The pool and gardens were wonderful.

    Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Amazing view. Good location for base for exploring the southwest of the island (need car to get around, but a few restaurants in walking distance). Very clean. Would stay there again.

    The apartment was very clean and cozy. The cleaning lady came every 2 days and changed the towels. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He provide us informations about Le Morne and La Gaulette, booked us a bout tour which was perfect. He was available at any time for us. Location is also great. The bus stop is in front of the apartment although we had a car. The supermarket is like 4 min by car. The place is very calm and quite. The kitchen was well equipped.

    A truly stunning villa in a beautiful location. Our host went out of her way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. She left us a welcome pack beyond what was needed and the Villa was exceptionally clean with a wonderful housemaid, Lise who cooked a beautiful dinner for us. The gardener kept the ground immaculate. The property was soo reasonable priced and our host booked trips for me to ensure we got the best deal.

    The owners and staff are very nice and helpful. The room is nice and very clean, the view from the balcony was beautiful. It is in a very good location, there is a big supermarket nearby and quite a few restaurants. Le Morne beach is only 5 minutes by car, perfect for exploring the southern part. The breakfast was amazing!!!
