The room was clean, newly renovated. The shower was really nice. It provided towels, slippers and everything you needed for the bathroom. The breakfast was really good. You could pick from a menu something to be cooked/prepared for you and also dessert. The service at the breakfast was great. The view from the restaurant was also really nice. In summer it might be wonderful to stay on the terrace. The location of course, close to the water is the best.

the view was stunning - even better than the photos! the host + family were amazing and very helpful and had great communication - provided us with great detail on things to do nearby and how best to get to perast from kotor. the apartment was beautiful, great location (quiet in the evenings) and beds were comfortable. shared bathroom was always kept clean. overall would love to come back and stay here the next time we’re in the country! thank you Ljubica and family x

The host Jovo was super friendly, as well as the rest of the family that runs the villa. They were so hospitable and nice, I assimilated into Perast, got the real feeling of living there. You wish to stay there forever. I would recommend Bella Vista Zimukić to everyone! Jovo is really full of knowledge and he will tell you all you need to know about the area. The view from the room was amazing, and the villa itself has breathtaking view! I felt like being in a movie "A Room with a view". I really hope to come back.

    The hotel staff were amazing, so friendly and very welcoming. The rooms are basic but I think it is reflected in the price, the rooms however were very clean and the aircon was very welcome after some very hot days. The breakfast was really good but the flies were all over everything, so something to cover the food would have been nice. The location was outstanding and the view magnificent. The morning coffee out by the sea watching the boats, feeding the fish and watching the world go by each morning was easily the best bit of my day.

    The location is perfect, right next to the Church. The room is beautifully designed and very clean. The kitchen has basic amenities. The AC works well and TV has lots of English channels to browse. The hosts are friendly and kind and even helped me get a vehicle for my journey back to Kotor.
