I spent one night at this fantastic place. It is a tranquil place within the nature and beach and full of the friendly owners passion and joy for creating an individual spot. The breakfast was extraordinary and plenty. The beach is 50m to go, during my time the see was a bit rough and difficult for swimming, but I had great joy with the waves at the shore. I can definitely recommend the place.

Modern, clean property. Very close to beaches and amenities. Host and all staff were fabulous and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was enormous and extremely yummy. Wi-Fi excellent. Thoroughly recommend you stay here.

I got nothing but great words to say about this place. Everything is clean and the hosts are some of the nicest people you’ll meet. They offered us fresh coconut when arriving, lent their bike, and showed so many places worth visiting around Tangalle. Here you’ll experience true Sri Lankan hospitality. The location is also great. There are many small shops around and is very close to the center. The beach is a short walk away. Don’t think twice before booking. You won’t be disappointed!

The owner picked us up from our previous location and he has a tuktuk available to take you places you want to go, at the local (or pick me) rates. The guesthouse has only been open for two months, a completely new stylish building where everything is brand new and super clean. It was such a pleasure to have this beautiful room with balcony, a kingsize bed with a super thick and soft mattress, nice big white hotel towels, dim and bright lights in the room and on the balcony. It's a shared bathroom for three rooms, but we were the only ones staying there. In the evening the owner invited us for tea and cookies and we had a chat about our lives and our countries. The owner used to work as a chef in a classy restaurant and now offers breakfast and dinner at the guesthouse. He grows his own organic vegetables in his garden and is very passionate about that, as well as cooking. He will do anything to make the guests feel comfortable and at ease. What a very lovely place to be! Unfortunately we didn't have enough time to have dinner there, but the breakfast was a feast. The best meal I had in Sri Lanka, with whole and organic foods. Fresh pure buffalo curd with coconut honey, fruits, string hoppers, coconut roti, banana pancakes, dahl, .... More then we could handle! Eat this at a restaurant and you will definitely pay double the price, or more. There is a shared lounge inside, a beautiful terrace outside on the first floor and a little rooftop balcony to see the sunrise and to do some yoga in the calm and quiet of the day. The house is surrounded by lush green trees everywhere. Birds all around... So lovely. We slept so well and it was very quiet at night. And only 1km from the beach and from the city. Eventually the owner dropped us at the bus station and got us on the right bus, helped us with our luggage. The beautiful food and kindness of these people really put a smile on my face and in my heart.

From the moment we entered, it felt like we had stepped into a dream. The hotel was a perfect mix of elegance and comfort. The room was a serene haven, decorated with thoughtful details that made us feel at home. The staff were beyond friendly and knew exactly when to offer help without being overbearing. Property manager treat with us Traditional Milk with Kithul honey & drop us safety for our next destination from his car.Every details was perfect- a true escape from reality!!..

The first impression with the host was a very warm welcome. He quickly showed and explained the place to me and offered opportunities of transport, breakfast and help in a very nice way. The accommodation was bigger than expected which I was glad to see since I got a lot of stuff with me. Whenever I needed transport, he was there within minutes and offered very fair prices. The bed, especially the pillows are very comfy. There’s also I shared, well maintained garden, which adds a nice extra to the whole experience. If you like it a little quieter - you should stay here.
