Staff: Amazing welcoming staff specially Gérard, he helped us and treated us like VIP. Food: Good decent breakfast. Location: so near from Gregory Lake and restaurants and Victoria Lake. Facilities: Has a view, room is cozy, big space and comfortable for families. Overall, I would recommend Suriya for all and will come back again. Note: They were so generous with our baby and patient.

Comfort ,Cleanliness and the amenities which they offered for this price not even expensive hotels will be provided. This one we got to know after experiencing other accommodation where we were in Sri Lanka. For Appleton Villa it’s all about service and caring while others only the money. We stayed here for a day and feeling like it was too less to live there , host is as amazing,, they made us feel like family ,hospitality was wow, he explained our cab driver to the route so it can save our time ,breakfast was too yummy, room was so neat and tidy, view from the room is way too amazing , Last but not the least worth the name cozy heaven it was really a cozy home.

Very nice and friendly owners! We went on a tour to Horton Plains, everything was perfect. The room is big, the breakfast is very tasty. We also were picked up and dropped off at the railway station in Nanu Oya, very hassle free for us.

Rajith is an amazing host, always happy to share all the helpful informations and easily reachable by phone when you need him. His place is adorable. Him and his family will make you a beautiful breakfast using the food from their garden. it takes ~45min to get to the city by foot or ~10 by tuktuk which will cost you 2$. Nuwara Eliya is probably the most beautiful place in Sri Lanka, so it is really nice to walk and enjoy the landscapes during the daylight. We would come back anytime!

I would defenitely recommend to stay at 20/20 wood cabana. The family that runs it is super nice and their service is amazing. We did the cooking class and had dinner twice, which was the best rice&curry so far. We also went on a tour with Hashan which was also very nice, we saw a lot of the area around Nuwara Eliya. The rooms themselves are very spacious and the beds are very big.

Wasantha and his wife are lovely people. He arranged a Tuktuk for our pick up at Nanu Oya station and also gave us a very warm welcome. The room is big, has such incredible views from the terrace and it is very calm with the sound of the forest. She offer us hot coffee and snacks in the morning! Comfortable room to visit Nuwara Eliya and enjoy the stay!! Their kid also wrote us a beautiful goodbye letter. Kindly family and place! We recommend it for sure!!
