One of the best stays we had in Sri Lanka. The lady owner is the sweetest and the BEST chef! Every morning we got spoiled with a big breakfast with fruits from her own garden and we also tried Kottu for dinner, which was the best we had. She is also very helpful and makes sure you feel right at home

A beautiful place surrounded by greenery and the wonderful sounds of nature. It’s just a 10-minute ride by tuk-tuk or scooter to the center of Ella. The room is spacious and clean, with hot water in the shower. The family running this place is absolutely lovely and very helpful. You are always in touch with the daughter, who patiently answers every question and helps organize anything you might need. The breakfast is local, large, filling, and very tasty. The property is currently being expanded, and more rooms will be available in the future, but for now, there is just one. However, it definitely has great potential, and it’s a must-visit to experience the local atmosphere and meet incredibly kind, friendly, and smiling people. I highly recommend it!

A new room, nice furniture with attention to detail and equipped with a fridge and waterkettle, nice bathroom. In the morning, breakfast is served on a terrace with junglefeeling. Rich srilankan breakfast is lovely prepared by the mother of the owner. Pasi the owner is a very nice, helpful person. The room is in walking distance to town.

Amazing european-scandi room with all necessary amenities, lovely private terasse to enjoy and delicious breakfast served. Kind, frendly and helpfull owner. Great location. Easy to reach from any point od Ella city. Individual approach. Even 4am breakfast was not an issue! Truly appreciated. We have rebooked this room again for next 2 stays, after coming from Arugan Bay, as value for money is great and service is superb!

    Sri Lankan Breakfast. Brilliant location. 5 minute walk into main town and train station along the train tracks. Very clean, spacious room. Beautiful view of Ella rock and the valley below. Friendly owners, one is a guide for Ella rock and considerably cheaper than online prices.
