Their warmth and efficiency made check-in a breeze, and throughout my stay, they were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. The reception team as a whole was incredibly welcoming and hospitable, creating a comfortable atmosphere from the moment I arrived. Special mention goes to Roshan the restaurant manager, whose friendly demeanor and attentive service added to the overall exceptional experience. Concrete and wood, nice urban look of the apartments with a lovely balcony where you can see the temple of tooth and the lake. Breakfast was delicious, staff super friendly. Free shuttle to the train-station with their own tuktuk.
