A lovely hotel which is part of a chain in the city. This had only been open a short while and it had that new feeling. My room was lovely clean and everything worked. The staff were amazing and helpful. They organised for me to go on a tour to Angkor Wat.

An incredibly welcoming hotel featuring four villas, located just 2.7 km from the central market. Initially, I was concerned about transportation, but it turned out to be very convenient. A tuk-tuk ride costs between 6,500-7,500 KHR and will pick you up and drop you off at the villa at any time. I also used Grab, and within 30 seconds, transportation was ready. The villa itself has two bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning. Although it’s near the road, the bedrooms are situated on the opposite side, so with the doors closed, you won’t hear a thing. The staff are incredibly helpful and always strive to resolve any issues. On the first day, there was an issue with the neighbors and loud EDM music, but the staff quickly managed the situation. It's a reminder that we should all respect other guests' rest. The beds are "Thai style" (if you know what I mean). The villa has a pleasant wooden aroma, adding to its cozy atmosphere. However, I would recommend the manager consider adding a proper kitchen. While there is a shared stove in the common area, it isn’t very convenient. Occasionally, you can hear lovely local music from nearby village. It’s so soothing that you might find yourself drifting off to sleep. On the downside, the hot water runs out quickly, which might be inconvenient if you have oily hair after a massage, though it’s not a big issue given the warm weather. Overall, I highly recommend these villas for a peaceful holiday or a self-retreat.

The Nest is modern and new and the facilities are all in excellent condition. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the linens and pillows very good quality. The location is also excellent and walking distance to everything

Great location. Close to the center of action with many good restaurants, pubs, and stores nearby, but on a quiet street where you could enjoy peace and quiet. Elisa and Arita were very kind, responsive, and to any requests we had. The other cleaning and caretaking staff were also very kind and thorough. The house was well curated with Western needs in mind. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The room is spacious and super clean. The staff extrememly friendly, and lovely nooks and spaces to hang out and unwind after a hectic day of sightseeing. They packed us a picnic lunch paying special attention to our dietary restrictions, which was excellent and well packed in lovely steel boxes. We loved the breakfasts which were fresh and super yummy. We absolutely loved the owners- Gary and Wendy who were so warm and welcoming, without being intrusive. It honestly felt like we were a chat with friends! Would absolutely recommend wholeheartedly.

A wonderful stay at this peaceful and quiet property tucked away in the heart of Siem Reap. Despite being centrally located, it offers a serene escape surrounded by lush greenery and a beautifully maintained pool area. The Wi-Fi was reliable, which made it easy to stay connected, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my visit. The property is new, clean, and well-designed, definitely worth the money. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and welcomed, and appreciated the calm atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot to relax after busy day.
