The studio is conveniently located near the main road and a supermarket, making it easy to access essential services. The security of the area is excellent, providing peace of mind during my stay. My stay was short but worth it. The Residences lived up to Trianum service standards. The flat was clean with all the essential provisions, usual amenities such as internet and Trianum's regard for sustainability was apparent in the Residences. For the price point (l got a discount), the flat was spacious and well laid out. Best of all, the pleasant and friendly staff made me feel like a family member coming back home. I especially appreciated the availability of attending staff at all hours since I arrived much much later than my stated check-in time. And the welcoming smile was still there.

The property was very well kept, clean, and in a great location close to a mall and amenities. Loved the stay there, especially because the host Jacque was very warm, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it.
