What a beautiful hotel!! Our bedroom had views to the lake, it was amazing. The dinner and breakfast were excellent, and the onsen was amazing. We were lucky, at the time we went my daughter and I had the whole onsen to ourselves.

The whole accommodation vibes. From check-in til check-out. Right next to the Nagawa station. We drove so there was ample parking space. Just 20 mins drive away from Toya-Usu. One of the best experience ever. Wish we were able to stay longer to enjoy lounging in the dome gramp. Very clean and well thought of. Amenities and necessities for basic cooking were fully supplied. Glad to be able to do our laundry (with dryer).

We drove to Toya Lake from the Chitose Airport. For tourists by driving, this could be a best choice for 4 to 6 group. by preparing some favorite food in advance, we enjoyed a DIY dinner happily. In the morning we took a half-an-hour walk along the lakeside which we accessed easily from the house. Quiet, beautiful and peaceful. The only pity is that we only took one night stay. I hope to stay longer when we visit Toya Lake next time.

The house is perfectly situated in the middle of a heap of restaurants and two convenience stores, it is also 3 minutes walk to the lake and 5 minutes walk to the bus station. The staff are super friendly and helpful, when we had an issue, they came out and fixed it while we were out. The house was always warm, and sleeping was comfortable. With decent kitchen facilities and an amazing shower/onsen set up which was just what we needed after a day in the snow. While we were there it dumped heaps of snow making the area even more magical.

Felt just like home. The owner, who speaks perfect English, is very kind and helped me with a small medical issue by accompanying me to the drug store. The room feels like I could have grown up there ☺️. All basic amenities are provided, as well as valuable information regarding restaurants and activities. If you like walking and hiking, don't miss out on the possibilty to walk up to the Mt. Usu South Rim Lookout. You get the best view on the actove volcano from there! There is a small free parking spot available at the foot of the path, but you'll have to mark it yourself on G..maps, how adventurous 😉!

The owner was absolutely lovely! The rooms were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for getting to the grand onsen, and wasn't far from several bus stops to get around Lake Toya. There is a coin laundry and a great sushi place next door. We were allowed to store our bags in the laundry on the day of check out, which helped up make the most of our last day. Would 110% stay here again
