I really like the owner. She was really very helpful and helped me for my trip so much. The place itself was also nice and clean. She also hasva small shop selling some sweet bun. If you try it bewsre the birds around shingu who stole half of mine. 🙂

We had a great stay at your place. The location was perfect, making it easy to visit everything we wanted. What made our stay extra special was how friendly and helpful the owner was. The owner borrow me their bike and let me check in earlier as well. Even it small. It's super clean and modern. Had a good night sleep here to recharge before heading towards komodo kodo. Kamikura shrine is a must go and the famous ice shave that alot of actor and actress go here. Kid you not.

Beautiful old-style guesthouse right next to Hayatama Taisha. The location is absolutely amazing. Hayatama Taisha is literally steps away from the front door. There are river views from the room and the tatami floor rooms are beautiful.

Really the best thing you can expect from a hostel. Rooms were good, toilets and shower was good. Kitchen was nice and location also very close to the train station. The owner is one of the nicest and most positive people I have ever met and really takes care of his guests. Will 100% come here again if I am ever in the area.

Staying in an old-school Japanese house was a great experience for a foreigner like myself. The house is equipped with everything you need, including a stove, pan, utensils, microwave, fridge, and a small oven. The location is also very convenient—there’s a supermarket just a five-minute walk away, and a bus stop only two minutes away. The bus takes you directly to many famous attractions, including the three well-known shrines, which is especially helpful on rainy days when you don’t want to walk far after getting off the bus. While the cleanliness isn’t at a “hotel” level (as it’s not a hotel), the owner was very responsive to any issues I had. On the first night, I realized that the air conditioner wasn’t working, which was frustrating given that it was 30 degrees inside. However, after I contacted the owner, they came the next day to check the AC. I didn’t expect it to be fixed immediately, but to my surprise, the owner brought and installed a portable air conditioner while I was out sightseeing. I came back to a “new” AC! Overall, I had a pleasant three-day stay.
