Everything, view, interior design, facilities, grill table outside and all the little details toiletries to supplies tea/coffee. You literally can turn up with just clothing. Having washing facilities is super useful for families. Beach in walking distance! Kind and friendly staff. A lovely vacation :-)

The location was perfect for getting away from the busy streets of Tokyo, though I highly recommend renting a (small!) car to get here, as it is tucked away from public trsnsportation routes. Our room was clean, surprisingly well equipped and comfortable. Service was spot on, communication with our host was easy and quick. We never saw any of the staff though, which made the quality of service just that much more impressive. We were the only guests staying here at the time, so we had all facilities to ourselves (an introvert's dream). There were plenty of instructions in english for all the general how-tos, check-in and check-out was easy using the machine. Prepare to face some bugs around the area, we had a few interesting encounters with moths by the entrance. The room itself was equipped with bugspray and deterrents, though we didn't need them as our room was perfectly wildlife free. The bug screen in the private onsen kept the bugs at bay, allowing us to bathe and sleep while enjoying the sounds and smells of the surrounding nature!

Amazing stay! The location was perfect. It was close to both the beach and main roads, which made it super easy to explore Izu by car. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always offering great local tips and making us feel welcome. The whole place had a peaceful vibe, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!!

    Good location near the ohama beach in Kisami and near a 24/7 FamilyMart, a bus stop to Shimoda and Minato but still very quiet and rural. The Ryugu Sea Cave and a Sand Ski Resort are in a walkable distance. Contains a big bathing area, and a washing mashine. Friendly and helpful housekeepers. Pretty affordable too.

    Amazing customer service from Yuki. He was an absolute jet helping us with everything we needed, recommendations, questions on the Shimoda area and he even kept in hourly contact when we left Shimoda to help us with train services etc. Just went above and beyond. The property is in an ideal location, close to everything, clean, comfortable beds, welcoming and has a great vibe.

    Rural in a small seaside village. Traditional, modest and very clean. Very quiet, cannot hear the traffic, just nature, excellent location, close to the beaches. Crockery available and nearby shop.

    Great place to stay. Facilities are very clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and very helpful explaining everything to do in the area. Speaks perfect english. Bbq area and room has a great ocean view! Location is good, close proximity to beach. Easier to get there with rental car though.
