Where should i begin?? The staff was super friendly and helpful. They paid attention in detail to everything and made our stay very cosy. Next, the facilities were luxurious, with big rooms, beautiful design and even a bathtub in your room. This hotel was really a place for me and my partner to relax after long travels.

Very spacious room with private outside hot bathtub. Beds were large and very confortable. Hotel is very quiet and just 7 minutes walk away from the central Hakone-Yumoto station. Personnel was nice and they even brought up our luggage to our room.
