I love the hospitality of the staff there. Even we don't speak Japanese & they can barely speak Eng, but we found way to communicate effectively. The rooftop Onsen is the best. Great location to enjy peaceful Mt. Fuji. Great choice of food nearby. Their breakfast is also delicious & not pricey at all.

Location was amazing. Just next to the Shin Fuji JR station. It's the tallest building there so you can easily spot it. Checkin was smooth via machines and the staff was also friendly and helped when I got stuck. The room was compact and had all the basic necessities. A good touch with the books in the room and the chic white interiors was very tastefully done. At night I could see the bullet trains pass by from top floor of my room along with view of the city. The cherry on the cake was when I woke up in the morning and saw Mount Fuji from my window. It was so mighty and clear. I just sat there gawking at it.
