The location is simply unbeatable, close to subway, shopping area and famous tourist attractions. In spite of the huge number of tourists coming to Japan with different languages, cultures and background, the staff at the hotel were always attentive and professional. Very nice accommodation. Not super close to the main attractions but good transport links so not really a problem. It was clearly a new venture and everything was immaculate. The lady who ran it was absolutely lovely although communication was slightly difficult but manageable. Would highly recommend staying here.
