I had a wonderful stay at this Ryokan in Kusatsu. The room was very spacious and incredibly quiet, which made it perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was excellent — very delicious and beautifully prepared, although honestly a bit too much to finish! The owner and the cook were both extremely kind and welcoming, which made the experience feel very personal and warm. ,

Loved the efficient and prompt check in service. Staff could speak English and were very helpful. Lunch and dinner at the restaurant was terrific with great service from the restaurant staff. Amazing location - the Onsens are great. True Japanese experience in the traditional room and half board meal experience. Staff were wonderful too.

    The staff were super friendly and helpful. They speak fluent Chinese (I think the owner might be Chinese) Parking onsite and rooms were very large. Recommended some good site seeing options Breakfast service was very good. When we stayed I think we were the only ones on some of the days so got table service rather than the buffet. The view from the window was really good. It is really cheap :D I didn't use the onsen but my partner did and he really enjoyed it. Said it was clean and well maintained.
