It's close to many interesting places, just few kilometers from really nice snorkeling spots and also a hike in the morning for the sunrise is worth it. There's a few good restaurants with low prices and really good food. Don't miss trying the taco rice. The accomodation was cheapest we could encounter in Japan, and the staff was very nice and friendly. I mean, you get a private room for such a low price, it's totally worth it. The only expensive thing is the transport....which gonna cost you an arm and a leg 😅 but people of Okinawa are very nice, I suggest you try hitchhiking, it's much faster and better than the bus.

Host - host was exceptional. We mentioned that we could only check in late (due to our flight and car journey), but he waited for us past 9pm, even helping to direct our car in, gave us a detailed explanation of the property and when we used the bbq equipment, he set up everything for us. He even gave us sparklers to welcome us. Very awesome and cheerful host!! Property - super awesome!! Loved the projector smart tv, shower, laundry (washing + dryer), welcome drink, and the small details like the bath salts for the tub. The hammock was really awesome too, can sit there and see the stars at night. We also loved the cats on the property. Super human friendly! Very well decorated place and very clean. Shower pressure was strong. Dryer was great.

Tropical Frog in Okinawa proved to be an excellent choice for our small family of three. The accommodation was impeccably clean and very comfortable, making our stay truly relaxing. We especially enjoyed the cats friendly neighborhood and the basketball court in the backyard, which added a fun touch to our trip. The host was super friendly and always willing to help, making us feel very welcome. Its location is ideal, being conveniently close to some of Okinawa’s most beautiful beaches. We spent three wonderful days here and appreciated the peaceful environment and thoughtful amenities. Highly recommended for families seeking a serene and enjoyable getaway.
