I usually spend way too much time reading reviews before booking, and the ones I saw for Kaya Hotel seemed good enough to take a chance and I’m so glad I did! This place exceeded all my expectations in every way. I couldn’t be happier with my stay and would highly recommend Kaya Hotel to anyone visiting Amman. You won’t be disappointed!

It was like staying with family only better. Achmed was so very helpful and friendly. I was welcomed like a brother. We had some great conversations and laughter and ventured out in downtown having coffee and mansaff (highly recommended) with other guests. Also I had an issue with my flight to cairo which was quickly and efficiently rebooked by Achmed at 4.00 am enabling me to keep to my travel plans. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and recommend it to everyone. Thanks my younger brother!
