Peaceful oasis on the hills! Everyone in the Convento was so helpful and kind. The view is exceptional, overlooking the old gardens and down into the valley. Breakfast was particularly impressive with a huge range of options including local meats and cheese, all very fresh. I loved that almost nothing was in plastic compared to some of the places we stayed on our trip. I've seen other commenters disappointed in the 'upkeep' of the gardens but I'm happy to see they've turned most of the old gardens into a rewilding project for a butterfly garden. Much nicer than manicured lawns in my opinion!

We slept so well because the bed was so comfortable. Since there is a restaurant near, we didn't need to drive to one for dinner (the food is amazing). The breakfast was amazing, too. I recommend this stay.

it was really a very very pleasant discovery. Small B&B but it is manage with lots of love and passion. Nice clean rooms and breakfast was excellent. All homemade and served. Very good quality breakfast. We also had dinner there. very very cold. the chef is the owner. creation and presentation of the food was SUPER. Definitely recommend
