Excellent location - really central but on a quiet street, comfortable bed with lots of pillows and really clean and cool room. Alessandro was really helpful in ensuring I got in safely etc and kept my luggage safe while I explored the next day. Will definitely be back! Breakfast was at a small cafe nearby and was delicious - I chose a cappuccino and pistachio croissant.

Honestly really liked it. It’s super cute and the location is great. It is basically an old building (1400 century type of old) right at the Main Street overlooking the river. The lift is pretty old too, you need to manually open the doors which I find it cool. Somehow the area in front of the hotel gets busy at night. There are two restaurants/cafe right below the hotel (that’s where you can get your breakfast and lunch). The coffee at the Relais cafe is gooddd. The room has a little balcony hidden away from the Main Street so it gives enough privacy, honestly vibes. Just really comfortable. Would actually stay here if I do come back again. Also the self checkin process is easy, they send us a video the day we are supposed to check in.

Everything was completely clean. We loved how comfortable the bed was, it was a few minutes away from Pisa airport. Also the renter was super friendly, very good at speaking english and welcomed us with bottles of cold water. After a long trip it was very lovely. Thank you very much.
