Our room was spotless, the linens fresh and fragrant—everything radiated care and comfort. Francesca and Novello were the heart of our experience—so warm, attentive, and ready to make everything perfect. Francesca’s cooking, made with herbs straight from the garden, was absolutely delicious—each meal a heartfelt masterpiece. We didn’t just feel like guests, we felt like family. A truly special place. This agriturismo is surrounded by wonderful fields within a small drive from the historic center of Assisi. The authentic and brilliantly renovated stone building is surrounded by a beautiful garden and a great swimming pool, in a secure and peaceful area. As the entire property, the room is tastefully decorated, cozy and comfortable. Really nice and spacious bathroom. The host, Roberta, offered us all the support even before our arrival, making us feel at home and most welcome. It was a lovely family stay!

What a beautiful place! We didn't know what to expect, the photos in the listing looked great but it seemed like a new listing.... When we arrived we were absolutely surprised by the beauty of the small (very small!!) town and the high quality and attention to detail of the apartment! Everything was perfectly placed, perfectly beautiful and functional too. The small town has 13 inhabitants! And it's in absolutely pristine shape! We felt as if in the middle ages but with all modern comfort and convenience! Wow! Also the views from all windows are amazing! Umbria at its best! And the best of the best was the view from the master bedroom: a close up of an authentic medieval tower! Really, this was unbelievable! The suite is super modern, super comfortable. The air conditioning works perfectly, actually everything works perfectly and it's super clean. We felt at home and didn't want to leave. Unfortunately there were other reservations.... But we are definitely coming back. Barbara and Mauricio are very friendly, real, helpful people. They welcomed us with their hearts. Thank you, thank you!!!!
