The apartment is neat and clean, cleaned daily with towel changes. Everything looks new. It has a minimalist style, but you'll find everything you need: a wardrobe, a comfortable bed, a fridge, a TV, good Wi-Fi, and small tables. The bathroom is just as it should be, with gel/shampoo and a hair dryer available. Small details like glasses or a bottle opener were missing, but I don't consider this a downside – the host provided them upon my request. Outside the building, you'll find a private table and two chairs in a shaded area. It is close to the historical city center (5 minutes on foot), and you can walk to the train station (about 20 minutes). A small Italian-style breakfast is served at a nearby bar where you can enjoy a good cappuccino and a nice pasticciotto or a filled croissant. The host is very friendly and communicative. He tried to help us with every matter and even picked us up from the train station. Good value for money.

The location is great for exploring the surrounding area, for those looking to go to baia dei turchi its possible to reach by a 30 minute walk through a beautiful country road The place itself is very beautiful and tranquil perfect for a couple of days stay The staff were very kind and helpful and were making sure we enjoy our stay We recommend having a dinner in their restaurant the food is great, especially their garden appetizer

We had three of the four apartments. Lovely private garden to relax in and to enjoy the excellent breakfast. Located bang in old historic centre. Staff welcome friendly, good communications throughout. Rooms comfortable and quiet. Easy to walk anywhere in Otranto. We parked about 10-15 min walk away (paid for 10 euros for 24 hours). Can't fault this place, we all enjoyed our stay and was highlight of a week in Puglia.

Incredible! This was incredible! The location, the rooms, the host, the breakfast, everything was perfect! We couldn't have asked for anything more! If you are looking for a plant-based/ vegan breakfast, the host is ready to prepare and shop whatever you might like because it's such a customer centric accommodation. Great place for exploring southern Puglia. The accommodation is breathtaking, the room has literally everything you would ever need (including the choice between 3 types of pillows). Very clean and spacious. The most friendly and helpful hosts! Very good breakfast. I'm definitely coming back to see what Claudia and Francesco have made of the place in two years, their project is really exciting!

    Our room was fabulous. It was really clean and the bed was lovely and comfortable. The breakfasts were great, with lots of fresh food and if we had any requests for food that wasn't already provided, it wasn't too much trouble to provide it for us (as long as they had what we wanted). Any queries we had before we arrived and during our stay were dealt with really quickly. The location was ideal for getting around to everywhere we wanted to visit.

    Very clean and nice room. We had access to the fridge in the food area 24/7. Andrea was very helpful and answered immediately if we needed any assistance. The location was great and just a short walk to beach and the Old town. Parking was also easy with the cost of 5 euro, free parking was 12 min away.

    Brand new apartment with the sea view. Ideal location - near the beach, historical city centre. Restaurants, supermarket, excellent bakery nearby. Very clean with all the necessary kitchen appliances. Easy check-in/check-out. Antonio was very attentive to our needs.
