I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was large and spacious. The staff was a highlight of my experience—friendly, easy to communicate with, and he provided a thorough explanation of the jacuzzi facilities. Their swift response to my needs was truly helpful. Stefano, Sofia and Massimo were wonderful friendly hosts. Their hotel is gorgeous, well located and spacious. They also did the extra, unexpected bits like pick us up from the train station, help with bookings and directions even when we were out and about.
