    Alessio is extremely friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the support I received during the stay and thank him very much for this. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. There were drinks in the fridge and some chips and cookies on the table. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. This location is a very nice ⭐️ ⭐️ hotel.

    Lena & Alessandro are perfect hosts. This countryside, quiet B&B is about 3km from Viareggio, and 20km from Pisa, so it is perfectly located for a visit to Tuscany. Breakfast is superb, the rooms are quaint, the pool is spotlessly clean, and there are lots of garden games available in their enormous garden.

    Excellent Villa with loads of room and everything we needed. Was very clean and very well appointed. Pool was amazing, everything you could hope for. Management agent was excellent, extremely responsive and helpful.
