Luca is an exceptional host. We were extremely pleased with our visit, and the villa/rooms were amazing. The entire villa was very well decorated. Only a short walk to Lucca city. Luca reached out to us before our arrival with information and instructions on how to reach the villa. 10/10 would recommend. Couldn't ask for more.

    Nice place with very clean room, modern bathroom with good shower and great location . Fridge in the room to put drinks to cool which was handy . Only about 15 mins walk to the old town so an ideal base to access the old town. Terrace at front to sit and relax and also parking on site for only 2 euro.

    Everything! The location is perfect, the staff (I dealt with Sarah) was exceptional, couldn’t have been more helpful. The room was lovely, very clean, and you basically just stepped out the front door and you had these amazing restaurants on your doorstep. I tried to stay an extra night I loved it (and Lucca in general) so much, but they were fully booked! Wonderful stay would thoroughly recommend!

    The apartment was very clean with excellent facilities. The host was very attentive and genuinely cared that we had an excellent stay. The temperature in the apartment was perfect and the comfortable beds meant we had an excellent night’s sleep. The location was perfect, an ideal location to explore Lucca.     The breakfast was ok, cold cuts, a few omelette, warm drinks etc. The staff was very kind. The room was spotless clean. Very big and nice bathroom. High water pressure. The whole house is very clean. There is a huge, nice terrace where you can eat the breakfast or anything. Guests can use the fridge in the kitchen, where you can find a coffee maker also. Very good, central location in the historical centre of the city.
