The place was renovated recently and all inside is modern. Paolo was very helpful before arrival and provided many tips for the surroundings while we were there. His hospitality with guests is great. And he is an easy going person. Wi-fi was excellent providing that guests need it to get around the beautiful city of Monopoli. And the city is a must see when visiting nearby. At night it is romantic. Plus the Monopoli government keeps the city very clean. Dimora Minelli Suites are five (or less) minutes away from the train station and twelve to fifteen minutes to the old town next to the bay. It is great for those not renting a car. From the Bari airport to Monopoli is only thirty minutes by train. Summary: I highly recommend staying at the Dimora Minelli Suites and visiting the beautiful city of Monopoli.

Ideal place for a couple to spend a few nights in Monopoli. Very central location - once you walk outside you are met with bars, cafes, restaurants, and historical sites within 30 seconds. Porto Antico is right around the corner and Spiaggia Cala is about a 7-8 minute stroll away. The balcony is a great spot for a morning caffe or evening glass of vino, or even to take in a little afternoon sunshine. Ruggero the host is incredibly friendly, always willing to help with anything, and gave us some great restaurants tips for an amazing seafood dinner.
