Beautiful house in a very peaceful location. Incredible views of lake como from the bedroom. Very accommodating and welcoming host. Very well stocked from kitchen to the linen. 5 minute walk to the beach, train station grocery store and local bar.

We had an unforgettable time at this beautiful accommodation by Lake Como. The view of the lake was truly breathtaking and created the perfect setting for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. One of the things we appreciated most was the chance to enjoy the area without the crowds of tourists – it really felt like living as a local, even if just for a few days. The apartment itself was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The availability of private parking was also a big plus, especially in this area. Above all, we want to highlight the exceptional hospitality of the host, Gabriele. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic and peaceful Lake Como experience.

Exceptional location, next to the lake, supermarket, ferry terminal & Rail Station. All within 1-5 minutes! A complimentary Wine bottle & 2 bottles of water greeted us on arrival. Also, a big Smart TV with Netflix, etc. Also, Varenna is a 5 mins boat ride away & Bellagio & Mennagio, only 15-20 mins by boat. Do yourself a favour, stay here and visit Bellagio & Varenna as day trips from here! And the hospitality of Francesca, our host and her Dad, Tiziano, was FABULOUS! He came in his car to pick us up from the Train Station and went out of his way to drop us at our next destination, after 2 days! Excellent Pasta & Pizza place nearby, Che Pasta. We had our best tasting pasta here, in our Italian trip.This is a house you can come back to, again and again!

It’s very good apartament, spacious good for family with kids - max for 5 person family or two couples. Close to lake Como and other destinations. Very clean, washing machine is as well and kitchen!

The view of the lake was outstanding and the apartment had everything you would need for a stay. We loved it here and wished we had booked for longer. The directions from the owner were friendly and easy to follow. Parking nearby meant we could see the car from the room so knew it was safe. Netflix and the large TV were handy also

Fantastic spot in Lake Como, tucked away in a quieter part of the lake. The hotel itself is gorgeous- so well decorated and minimalist, and the breakfast was outstanding. The spa onsite was also lovely. The staff were super helpful and made our stay the best it could’ve been. Would highly recommend!

    Everything! The location was amazing if you don’t mind hills, but can be accessed by car also, we walked it. Staff were super accommodating, even arranged a pizza to be delivered one evening. The apartment was big (even though we had a smaller one), overlooking the lake, a view that will stay in my mind forever. The pool was lovely, again overlooking the lake, amazing. The bed was comfortable, there was everything we needed in the apartment and an iron was dropped off for us when we asked. We hope to return some day!

    The breakfast was sufficient and tasty. The room was indeed very clean; all the devices were up and running, including the shower and taps. The host was responsible, welcoming and helpful. It is a great stay for one night. A perfect neat room for a solo-traveler.

    The apartments in a particularly beautiful location left a very good impression. The view of the lake, the mountains, their peaks inspired us every day. The apartment had everything you needed. There is a grocery store, two bars, and a train station nearby. We had a great time!
