Staying at Villa Erica was truly one of the highlights of my trip. I’ve never experienced such warm, thoughtful service in an apartment-style accommodation before. From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of. Every single day, we received fresh towels, tea, and bottled water, and the place was always spotless. It was clear that the host genuinely cared about our comfort. The location couldn’t have been more convenient—just a short 15-minute bus ride to Venice, with the bus stop only a minute’s walk from the apartment. It made exploring the city so easy and stress-free. I wholeheartedly recommend Villa Erica to anyone planning a visit to Venice. It felt like a home away from home, and I left with only great memories. I’m so happy we chose to stay here!

The apartment located not far from airport. And not far from Venice. We arrive at 2:00 am. There is no taxi in airport, and no bus. So we make a walk to apartment (it takes about an our). The apartment is clean and good looking. We appropriate our staying.

We stopped at Ca' Nadia for a stop the night before an early flight. They accommodated our needs to arrive late, leave early and went out of the way to ensure we had a lift to the airport. Was a great experience and enjoyed our time there.

It’s very close to the bus station, so you can easily travel back and forth to Venice.the manager is very friendly even he gave us bigger and better room as it was available, it is quite and nice also the room was so clean and everything was ready to use

Highly recommended. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and a spacious modern shower. A fabulous breakfast was served in a beautiful dining room. Great but very quiet location, close to the S. Angelo Vaporetto stop and just a few minutes from the Rialto and Piazza San Marco. The staff was polite and helpfull.

    This is a great place to stay in Venice. Convenient location: 15 minutes to the bus stop for the airport and only 5 minutes to the stop for the island. The room was very clean and quite comfortable. Despite the fact that the appliances were not new, everything worked properly. The room has air conditioning and a kettle. Unfortunately, the owner didn't speak English, and we had to communicate through Google Translate and gestures, which made communication a bit challenging. Overall, it's a good value for money.

    Very well located, only 10min from the airport by bus and 10min from Venise by bus also. The room was nice and comfy and a nice breakfast is included. Staff was nice and helpfull with the bus ticket, itinerary, and tips to enjoy Venise. All this at an affordable price, a good deal if you don't want to spend thousand euros in the crowdy center of the city

    Very good location, bus to Venice is across the street. You can buy the tickets from reception. We stayed in the mobile home. Very clean and everything was brand new. We did not use the other facilities but there were wasching maschines, toilets, showers all functional and clean. Bar next to the reception. Pool and alot of space for the kids. Good value for money.

    We needed a place to stay prior to travelling to the airport, so the location was perfect. The number 5 bus from Venice stops just a few hundred meters away and they offer a shuttle to the hotel that's cheaper than the public bus. The breakfast is good and the rooms provide everything you need.

    we got a free upgrade to a classic room from economy room and it was amazing!! The property definitely has a vibe and very close to Venezia (15 mnts by bus!). It's also very clean and the interior is eye-pleasing

    Very clean, well furnished apartment with all you need. Great location, direct bus no 5 to Piazzale Roma, small shops near by with daily food.     Super helpful staff - both communication in advance (about late arrival process) and during our stay. Spoke excellent English (and French). Breakfast was delicious and lots of it. Shared bathroom was fine & very clean, and didn't seem too busy in the morning. Really easy and cheap to get into central Venice.
