One of the best accommodations I’ve had the chance to stay in recently – and I travel a lot. For this price range, I was genuinely impressed with everything, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. The host welcomed me already on the street and found a suitable spot for my large car, even helping me park it. Then I was kindly greeted by his mother and daughter, who showed me around the house and explained all the amenities. I didn’t even know breakfast was included – they simply asked what I would like and at what time I wanted it prepared. Since I was planning to leave early, they offered to prepare a takeaway breakfast instead, which was such a nice surprise! They were even so kind as to offer help carrying my suitcase upstairs – which I politely declined, but it just shows the level of service and care they provide. After a long day of travel, all I wanted was a shower – and to my delight, the bathroom was spacious, clean, and even had a bathtub where I could properly relax. The room had working air conditioning that cooled it down instantly, plus a Smart TV with Netflix. The bed was so comfortable that I ended up sleeping longer than planned. Instead of leaving at 5 AM, I left at 7, and was welcomed downstairs by the son with a beautifully set breakfast table and my takeaway box ready. He also made me probably the best cappuccino I’ve ever had – the foam was perfect, and I immediately asked for a second one. As I was leaving, I got my takeaway breakfast, and he kindly handed me a cold bottle of water for the road. Just wow – incredible service from start to finish. For me - Italy is a sun, good vine, good food and friendly people. And at this place we had all we need. We were with ours dogs and everything was perfect. The Owner is wonderful person and cooks really tasty. I hope we will return there soon. Thank you so much for this time.

We had breakfast outdoors, in a beautiful courtyard, the bread and cornet were freshly baked and the condiments were mostly grown on the property the dinner in the next-door restaurant could not have been more delicious.

Beautiful location overlooking vineyards and down onto the farmyard area. The swimming pool area is wonderful with daybeds and lots of shade. Friendly staff who are clearly passionate about their business. Delicious food at breakfast, and dinner was available either as a four course package or a la carte. They produce their own wine which was delicious. Very relaxing stay.

We were on the Via Francigena on bicycles. Anna & Carlo were very welcoming and warm. The apartment we stayed in was absolutely wonderful with a fantastic balcony. They were incredibly helpful.

    Location is stunning, the property is beautiful. The communication from the owners was first class and the facilities including breakfast (which was so comprehensive we ate some of it for dinner on the evening) were very generous.

    The owners were in constant contact to ensure a smooth process. The decor of the apartment was lovely and really well done, and the place was very clean. There was a great selection of food and drink provided for snacking/breakfast, and the complimentary wine produced on the estate was a nice touch. My wife and kids really loved the place, the surrounding countryside was beautiful and quiet and the kids were excited to have seen deer in the field in the morning. We would absolutely come back to stay here, without a shadow of a doubt.

    Nice, clean apartment with a lot of options for breakfast, you make it yourself. Place is quiet and with a beautiful view on vineyards. You also get a bottle of wine, which is very good. It was very clean and lovely. All the instructions to get the key were very helpful.

    AMAZING views, very comfortable, very italian, very spacious, very accommodating host. The location is beautiful, even if you just look out of the window all day you're doing everything right. Worth staying, we will be back!

    The house is super furnished, perfect for cooking your own meals. It was very clean, and the location is very calm and has a beautiful view on the hills with vineyards. The owner was immediately reacting to our requests, and the self check-in at arrival worked well.

    Perfetto! My girlfriend found this remote place outside of Milano. Alessandro was very welcoming. Everything from the booking to our check in was effortless. It is a beautiful house between vineyards full of neat winery stuff. We were in general very positively surprised how much is included in the price. Even a bottle of their delicious Prosecco. Don’t forget to try the local wines Alessandro is offering. They are exquisite! And affordable. We will come back for sure!
