This hotel is awesome! So beautiful with the old but restored stone walls, wooden beams, and modern touches. The hygiene products are so incredibly good and they are sold at the reception. The lounge room with all the games, the gym and pool, really nice. We stayed in the Delux Apartment that was enormous with 2 full bathrooms. Amazing experience!

This is a wonderful apartment in a great location, close to buses that will take you anywhere in Livorno. It has everything you need to make it a real home from home. As a bonus, it is tastefully decorated with quality furnishings. Our host was extremely friendly, helpful, and informative. Livorno itself has a number of historic sites worth visiting as well as being a great base to explore Pisa and Lucca. Both are easily reached by high speed train.

This room was very nice designed and equipped, extraordinary clean, goed location close to the sea in the quiet village with everything you need in walking distance. Tea and small refrigerator in the room, koffie and cooking stuff in the common kitchen. Very easy to warm up your meal and to eat outside on the terrase. But the moest extraordinary is the personal hospitality of Valentina and Giuseppe !!! Grateful to meet those very interesting, talented and warm people.

We were only there for a few hours, checking in late from the train station and leaving early for the ferry, and it rained and hailed heavily in the night and morning. BUT, in other circumstances, we would have enjoyed the terrace and the space. Spotlessly clean with everything provided and comfortable. Livorno is much more spread out than we thought, but a bus from the station stops right outside, and there are food shops close by. A bus ride takes you to the port, or a 40 minute walk. Getting to the ferry without a car was a challenge but next time we know that there is a shuttle bus direct to the Corsica ferry. We would have been happy to stay longer in the flat, and would recommend it.
