Accommodation is very secure, you get your own code via email and using your phone to scan to enter/exit premise and your room. Also location is close to Citta Alta, only 1 bus to take u there or 25min walk. Cold drinks in fridge and Nespresso machine and coffee pods are all complimentary. Free parking across the road in public carpark was really helpful. I sapori di sicilia restaurant next to hotel is a bonus and must try, the chef Fautas is from Sicily and makes delicious arancini and calzone.i

Very informative, helpful staff, explaining everything fully in great detail and sharing their favourite food dining suggestions in the area. Excellent location. Airport shuttle to the door, only 13 minutes. Train and bus station opposite hotel for onward travel. Room was spotlessly clean. Lots of extras such as slippers and tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast was very good and affordable. Highly recommend.

The property was in an ideal location, between the old and new town. The rooms were all lovely, spotless and cleaned each day. Had everything that we needed It was ideal for 9 of us with the communal kitchen area The breakfast and coffee were an added bonus to prepare for the day of exploring Would definitely recommend

The property was very clean, in a good location. From here we travelled to Venice, Breccia and Lake Como. It felt secure, as it had a keypad entry. There was very good communication from the staff, we were even left a welcome gift of pasta and tomato sauce to make. They arranged us transfer from the airport at a very affordable price. Nothing was too much trouble.

Absolutely ideal location, couldn't fault a thing the room was spotlessly clean as well as being beautifully furnished. we had a card to claim a free breakfast on the first morning at a local café in the square which was a nice touch. Giovanna was a lovely most helpful host. Highly recommended
