Charming little family-run hotel in the very middle of the historic centre of town, yet easily accessible by car or any other means. Beautiful room tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you may need, very fresh and tasty breakfast. We liked everything about the place: the location, the recently renovated buildings, the spacious and very clean rooms, the swimming pool with a view over the vineyards, the quiet. We especially appreciated how welcome the owners made us feel, their kindness and enthusiasm.

The hotel is located on top of a beautiful hill of green luscious vineyard in the town of Serralunga 'dAlba. The view is scenic and breathtaking. The hotel is well maintained with the most dedicated staff I have seen. My wife and I went for a hike around the area but the ground was wet and muddy. Our shoes were covered in mud upon our return. We asked the staff where to wash our shoes and a kind staff brought us to the basement toilet. As I needed to go back to my room to bathe, I left my dirty shoes in this basement toilet. But when I returned after showering, this staff was already in the process of washing our dirty shoes for us! It was unbelievable and pleasantly surprised by her act of kindness. Thank you, Eleanora. We will not forget your kindness. Another staff who had helped us with our booking for another room for my son was Eleanor. Booking.com made a mess of our booking but she helped to resolve it. That really helped us out tremendously. A great hotel with great staff all round!

First of all, this place of Enrico and Federica is actually a passive house and thus having all the comfort you can expect from such building. It's really their project to establish their new home there and they are more than happy to share it with their guests. We've been there only for 2 nights to visit the Barolo, La Morra and Alba area of Langhe. The house is located in a good position to reach everything easily by car. The place is like new, very clean and tidy. There are a few restaurants in the nearby reachable even by a short walk (1-2 kms). There is a nice view from the house and place for BBQ or just for having a sunbath. Parking is very easy. There was all silence one need to relax as it was not in a village but on the hill beside a forest. Long story short, we had a very good time there and can't wait to stay there again. Highly recommended.

This apartment is AMAZING. beautifully fitted out, fabulous location and Giorgio is a fantastic host. Close to everything, we loved staying here and will be coming back. If you are looking for somewhere on Alba, just book this apartment!

    Quiet comfort with spectacular views. The rooms were very clean, modern and the pool is fabulous nestled within hazelnut fields. It's very close to Alba and lots of sightseeing, all within 15 minutes. This is a strategic base for foodies. The owner and her mother were lovely and did everything to accommodate our every need, even providing ad-hoc snacks when requested by the children. Thank you!

    We had an amazing time. If you are there when the restaurant is open for dinner (thurs-sat/sun lunch) would highly recommend staying for a meal as well. Best meal we had in Italy. Everything is very high quality in the rooms. Location is good (you will need a car to get around the area as most places in the region)
