Top class modern establishment in a beautiful setting. Saw the most beautiful northern lights display from here. Unforgettable experience. 15 minutes from the baths. Food was incredible, breakfast and dinner.

We stayed in the cottage, so I can't tell about the other rooms. The cottage was great, very bright on the inside, fully equipped - including a BBQ on the terrace - and very spacious. To top the great accommodation an excellent breakfast was served in the main building - featuring several home-made products. A clear 10 out of 10.

Everything was perfect, from the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout our visit. The accommodation was comfortable and well-maintained, and we particularly enjoyed hot tub and sauna. We also felt very comfortable in the restaurant, where they served delicious food and the service was excellent. Also the breakfast variety was great. We stayed in various hotels during our holiday in Iceland, but into this one we would definitely return.

The triple room was spacious and nicely decorated. The little balcony was a nice touch that we were not expecting. The hotel has beautiful surroundings, it was still beautiful even though we didn’t pick a room with lake view, it would have been nicer with a lake view though. The breakfast was really nice.

The guesthouse is clean and comfortable. There is a kitchen there for self cooking. The heating pool outside is very warm. The surrounding is quiet and there is few horse near to the guesthouse. Short drive 20min to the Myvatn lake to see the northern light.

Loved staying here! Rooms were very comfortable, it was very quiet at night. Facilities were excellent! Even the hot tub was lovely. I had the opportunity to do my laundry here, the hosts were extremely helpful and the breakfast was really good! This was the only place I stayed in Iceland that had breakfast included. I definitely recommend staying here!!

The cottage was HYGGE! completely cosy and perfectly decorated, with a beautiful view out the front windows. The kitchen was fully equipped. We loved it here!

Extremely clean. Very compact. Kitchen had everything we needed. Outdoor seating was great. Very quiet and remote which we enjoyed. Communication was excellent and efficient.

Everything was perfect! The attention to detail is impressive, you will be amazed with everything the hosts have hand crafted. It was without a doubt one of the best experiences we’ve had in Iceland and my brother even said it has been the best accommodation he’s ever stayed in (and he travels a lot!). The communication was very good and clear.
