Our best stay in Iceland. The place is gorgeous, both location, directly on the fjord, and the guesthouse itself. The shared kitchen/ dining room is comfortable and welcoming, with large windows overlooking the sea. The rooms are clean and nice, with good breakfast. This place has an amazing view of the fjord from its windows. It’s super clean and the bed is the most comfortable of all the beds I’ve slept on in Iceland. The washing machine and the dryer are a plus. The breakfast was really good with warm bread and scrambled eggs, etc. I cannot possibly ask for more!

We had a wonderful stay at the Guesthouse! Our host, Ríkarður, was extremely welcoming and friendly. He gave us good advice regarding the roads and route to take. The weather was bad and he offered for us to stay a bit longer after the checkout time. Everything was very clean and tidy. Super warm and comfy. Breakfast was perfect, good variety and very fresh, situated upstairs in a room with a magnificent view! We met the most adorable dog, who greeted us and asked for lots of belly rubs :) We didn’t want to leave and really hope to come back and stay one day :) Many thanks, from Suthan and Claire from Australia.

The owner was very kind and helpful. The room was cozy and clean. Our room had a sea view. The breakfast was excellent. I appreciate the observation tower. We even saw the aurora borealis. I liked the relaxation zone the most. There was a sauna, massage chair, hot tub, darts, ping-pong. We will be happy to come back here. We loved this place.
