The best experience in Agra. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the service was fast. Do not think twice about booking this property. Satyam was very helpful, friendly, and generous. It's a new hotel, the owner is catering for foreigners mostly in this establishment. He came to talk to us in person and he is a very nice man, cares about his property and takes pride in his hotel. It reminds me of Daali Hotel in Nepal. Both places have the owner present a lot, not just to manage the staff but to get feedback from the guests. So, this is a huge positive for me. The staff is very friendly, very smiley and very attentive.
